Joe R. Duca

Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer

Joe Duca is a senior founding partner of 7 Streets Financial. With more than 20 years of experience creating customized portfolio solutions and disciplined investment strategies, Joe oversees all client-related activities and provides research input on asset allocation and portfolio implementation. He leads the firm’s Northern California branch office and helps clients pursue their long-term financial goals by implementing custom retirement planning strategies to address their needs. He provides clients with a wide range of custom tools and strategies to help them along the path toward financial freedom. He especially enjoys educating clients on financial topics to help them feel more confident about the future.

Prior to joining 7 Streets, Joe served as a retirement and financial planner at firms in San Diego and San Ramon, California. Joe studied economics at the University of California, San Diego.

One of Joe’s greatest passions is giving back to his community. He serves on the Board of Granada Little League and is an active member of Kiwanis of Concord and the California Waterfowl Association. He also donates and helps raise money for several organizations in California that are important to his family.

Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Tanya, their son, Lorenzo, and their twin daughters, Charlotte and Emersyn. In his free time, he can usually be found on a youth sports field with his children or spending time outdoors fishing and hunting.
